Return & Refund Policy

At Ingeniis Sdn Bhd, we are committed to delivering quality construction, consultancy, supply, and project-related services to our clients. As our services and supplies are generally provided based on specific project requirements, quotations, purchase orders, contracts, and agreements, our return and refund terms may vary depending on the nature of the engagement.

1. Services

Fees paid for professional services, consultancy, design, project management, construction, installation, or other services are generally non-refundable once the agreed work has commenced.

Where a service has not yet commenced, any request for cancellation or refund will be reviewed based on the applicable quotation, agreement, purchase order, or contract.

2. Supply of Materials and Equipment

For materials, equipment, or products supplied by Ingeniis Sdn Bhd, returns may only be accepted where agreed in writing and subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant quotation, purchase order, or contract.

Items may not be eligible for return where they:

• Have been specially ordered or customized for a specific project
• Have been installed, used, modified, or damaged
• Are no longer in their original condition
• Are subject to manufacturer or supplier-specific return conditions
• Are returned without prior written approval

Where applicable, returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.

3. Defective or Incorrect Items

If an item supplied by Ingeniis Sdn Bhd is found to be defective, damaged upon delivery, or supplied incorrectly, the client should notify us as soon as reasonably possible.

Subject to verification, Ingeniis Sdn Bhd may arrange for the item to be repaired, replaced, or otherwise resolved in accordance with the applicable supplier warranty, purchase terms, or contractual agreement.

4. Project Cancellation

For projects or services that are cancelled after confirmation, any refund or outstanding payment will be handled according to the terms stated in the relevant contract, quotation, purchase order, or agreement.

Costs already incurred, including procurement, transportation, labour, professional services, preparation, subcontractor commitments, and other project-related expenses, may be deducted where applicable.

5. Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved, the method and timing of the refund will be determined based on the original payment method and the applicable contractual terms.

Approved refunds may be subject to deductions for costs already incurred or services already provided.

6. Third-Party Products and Services

Certain products and services supplied by Ingeniis Sdn Bhd may be subject to the warranty, return, replacement, or refund policies of the respective manufacturer, supplier, subcontractor, or service provider.

Where applicable, clients will be advised of the relevant terms.

7. How to Request a Return or Refund

Any request for a return, replacement, cancellation, or refund should be submitted to Ingeniis Sdn Bhd in writing and should include:

• Client or company name
• Invoice, quotation, purchase order, or project reference
• Description of the product or service
• Reason for the request
• Supporting photographs or documentation, where applicable

All requests will be reviewed individually based on the relevant project and contractual terms.

8. No Automatic Refund

Submission of a return or refund request does not automatically guarantee approval.

Each request will be assessed based on the applicable agreement, the nature of the service or product, work completed, costs incurred, and any relevant manufacturer or supplier terms.

9. Changes to This Policy

Ingeniis Sdn Bhd reserves the right to update this Return & Refund Policy when necessary to reflect changes in our business practices, services, or applicable requirements.
