Site Supervisor / Site Engineer
Job description
Oversees daily site activities, ensures work follows plans, safety, and quality standards.
- Request: Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
2–5 years’ site experience (for engineers); fresh graduates may be considered.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and safety compliance.
Good communication and leadership skills. - Salary received: RM3,000 – RM6,000/month (depending on experience and project scale)

Quantity Surveyor (QS)
Job description
Handles cost estimation, tender preparation, budgeting, and contract management. Ensures project stays within budget while maintaining quality standards.
- Request: Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or related field.
Familiar with tendering process, BOQ, and contract administration.
Good negotiation and analytical skills.
Proficiency in software (e.g., CostX, AutoCAD, MS Project). - Salary received: Senior QS: RM5,000 – RM8,000/month

Project Manager
Job description
Leads and manages entire project lifecycle — from planning and scheduling to execution and handover. Ensures timely delivery, within budget, and according to client specifications.
- Request: Degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
Minimum 7–10 years’ experience in construction, with at least 3 years in project leadership.
Strong knowledge of contracts, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and client management skills. - Salary received: RM8,000 – RM15,000/month (higher for large-scale projects or senior roles)

Skilled Workers / General Workers
Job description
Carry out site construction tasks such as formwork, concreting, carpentry, steel fixing, bricklaying, and general labor support.
- Request: Physical fitness and willingness to work in construction environment.
Technical/vocational training is an advantage for skilled roles (e.g., welder, carpenter).
Minimum education requirement: SPM or vocational certificate (for semi-skilled).
Safety knowledge (CIDB Green Card is often required). - Salary received: General Workers: RM1,800 – RM2,500/month |
